This site collects as little as it can get away with. There is no advertising network on it, no third-party analytics script, and no tracking cookie.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it — your name, the email address or phone number you give us, your company if you provide one, the subject you select, and your message. We also record the time of submission, the page you submitted from, and the IP address of the request, which is used to limit abuse of the form.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request logs as part of delivering the site.
How we use it
We use what you send us to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure and may be forwarded to our own internal messaging tools so that someone sees them promptly. Service providers who process this information on our behalf are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship it belongs to, and then we dispose of it. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.
Your choices
Write to info@theoxfordfund.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you would rather not use the form at all, email or post is perfectly welcome — our address is below.
Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
